Personal Information is obtained by All Nations Biblical Study Center when you sign up for our Newsletter, use the Contact Us form, enroll in Courses or use our online giving module.  This site may request personally identifiable data from you (“Personal Information”), which may include your e-mail address, name or other personal information such as your address, telephone number, etc.  All Nations Biblical Study Center does not share or sell this data.  All Nations collects personal information about you only when you voluntarily provide it or otherwise only with your consent as required by PIPEDA, GDPR, or by other applicable law.  All personal information collected is done so using SSL encryption.

Personal Information is used by All Nations Biblical Study Center to assist in serving you more effectively.    By submitting your information, you are granting us permission to handle your data and contact you further about your courses, school updates or donations, etc.  If you need to verify the information you submitted, you may call the office at 931-648-8844 or send us an email from our Contact Us page.  You may revoke our access to your data and/or opt out by submitting a request by calling the office at 931-648-8844 or sending us an email from our Contact Us page.

Online donations and payments are processed directly by Tithely.  Their privacy policy may be read at https://get.tithe.ly/privacy-policy .  If you submit a donation online and there is an error as to the amount of the transaction, please call us at 931-648-8844. When contacting us, please be sure to provide us with your exact e-mail address, name, address, and day-time telephone number in order to be sure we handle your request correctly.

Return Policy
If you need to return a purchased item, you may return new items sold and fulfilled by All Nations Biblical Study Center within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. Contact All Nations Biblical Study Center at 931-648-8844 for more details on returning items.

Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS and the U.S. Postal Service, and each of them offers different levels of service. Most standard orders will be shipped by USPS.  You must pay all applicable freight charges unless otherwise stated in an offer or promotion.

All orders shipping USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground are currently shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. NOTE: UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.  UPS Ground requires a street address rather than a post office box.  USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

It may take as long as 24 hours to process your order. During busy times and depending on your location, it may take up to 10 business days for you to receive an order within the United States via standard shipping, unless otherwise noted.
