This form is for registration for Online Courses. To register for Classes on-site in Clarksville, TN, please call our office at 931-648-8844.

You may register for up to 3 Courses at a time. Please refer to our Course Descriptions and Sugg ested Course Order.

Enrollment is ongoing. NOTE: Registrations received between April 17 and 7:45am CDT April 24 will be sent Course Instructions by the end of the day, April 26 (if you have already registered, please do not fill out another form. Your registration was received and will be sent by the date above). Registrations received after 7:45am CDT April 17 will be sent Course Instructions by the end of the day, May 10 (if you have already registered, please do not fill out another form. Your registration was received and will be sent by the date above).
